I started this project during the quarantine in San Casciano, Italy in different nature settings. It is an invitation to explore the depths of the human being in the arms of Mother Nature.
Today my emotions were up-down and in order to work a bit with this state I danced trying to let the emotional state to be transformed.
The song in the background is Seres Extraños by Perotá Chingó

The circle of Inner strength. Today at the end of the dance I had a moment of a wow state in which I realized that in life we act in the same way: making our circles and sometimes they shrink, sometimes they expand. But we have all the time the possibility to come back to this inner space and the more we take care of our garden, the more we experience Life as a miracle. Thank you, Nature and thank you, Dance!
The song of today is: Hai La Sa- A song from India

Soy Pan,Soy Paz, Soy Mas
For me dancing is pure joy and entering in contact with my body and changing my emotional state into better. I use it as a method to listen my body, to free my mind.
I started to dance into the nature last year and I must say that it is a powerful tool. Sometimes our mind is resistant to try new things. So I am doing a simple practice: I started to formulate my intentions for the near future born out of the new state achieved with dancing. Maybe you are curious to try this method and notice in time the energy you put in doing things after a session of dancing. I would be very interested to listen your opinions.
